As a vital member of Fosterful’s program leadership team, the Supervisor is responsible for managing staff and processes while ensuring effective delivery of trauma-informed services and the development of Caregiver Support Plans. The Supervisor must possess strong communication skills to clearly convey expectations to direct service staff and foster a culture of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DEI), and cultural competency, ensuring that employees feel valued, heard, and safe, ultimately enhancing the positive impact on the clients served.
